Christmas this year I spend in Bamberg, which is a town in Upper Franconia in Germany.

It is very well known for its old town, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Bamberg is also home of nine beer breweries and famous for its smoked Rauchbier. A small hiking trip to the Paradies Valley in the Franconian Switzerland and the Nature Park Haßberge around Bamberg was also included.
