Two days, 280 kilometres and one road bike: riding across the Barnim, through the Oderbruch and along the Oder to Gryfino at the border of Germany and Poland. On the way back, the route led through the Lower Oder Valley National Park, across the Uckermark and once again through the Barnim before returning to Berlin.

Along the way, I enjoyed quiet roads, wide landscapes, and the charming villages and small towns typical of the region. Perfect weather made this solo adventure unforgettable—leaving me with tired legs, a clear head and a great sense of satisfaction. (Photos all Redmi 9)

两天、280 公里，一辆公路车：从巴尼姆出发，穿越奥得布鲁赫，沿着奥得河骑行。返程时，我经过下奥得河谷国家公园和乌克马克，再次穿越巴尼姆，最后回到柏林。

一路上，我欣赏了安静的道路、开阔的风景，以及这个地区特有的迷人村庄和小城镇。宜人的天气让这次独自骑行格外难忘——虽然双腿疲惫，但头脑清醒，心中充满了满足感。
